All delegates must pay prior to start of Event. If an unpaid delegate presents on the day of the event, it is the responsibility of the event administrator to raise an Accounts Receivable invoice to the delegate. Invoices or receipts must not be produced or issued by a Faculty/Business unit outside of the University’s Finance System. Photographs taken during the entire conference may be shared publicly by the organisers for promotional purposes and in the interest of the event’s success.
